How do I book a venue online?

2. In the booking calendar, you will see the available venues, in real-time
3. Book the venue of your choice for the time you want
4. You will receive an instant confirmation
5. You can now forward your own invitation to the meeting participants
Venues can also be booked online at the company contract rates.
