Original Sokos Hotel Vantaa has a well-equipped gym and evening saunas for its guests.
There are spectacular possibilities for outdoor activities in the area around the hotel. Why not go for a refreshing morning or evening run in the beautiful surroundings of the Keravanjoki river?
Tikkurila Sports Park is only one and a half kilometres from the hotel. The park is home to the Tri Areena and Trio Harjoitushalli ice rinks, the Trio Sport Center, two astroturf pitches (indoors in winter), a sand court, Tikkurila swimming baths and a gym.
Tapanilan Urheilukeskus sports centre is 4.5 km from the hotel. Tapanilan Urheilukeskus is Finland's most comprehensive indoor sports centre and has over a million visitors every year. In total, there are 1.5 hectares of sports, conference and sauna facilities.
You can go bowling at either the Tixi Bowling centre in Tikkurila Sports Park or the Flamingo Bowl Circus.
Right next to Original Sokos Hotel Vantaa, you can find the old Tikkurila station – a charming place to visit. In this cosy old building, there are temporary exhibitions set up by Vantaa City Museum on subjects selected from the area's ten-thousand-year history.
