Conference and banquet facilities
The unique meeting and banquet facilities offer the perfect setting for small negotiations, large business events and warm-hearted weddings. The hotel offers a total of 14 modern meeting and banquet rooms. There are four meeting rooms in the new building section where distinctive interior design themes include "oak", which lies at the heart of every decision, "rapid", which is inspired by Tammerkoski, "park", which depicts the Pyynikki landscape and Visio Klubi at the 17th floor.
Paja Kongressi, which is located in the congress centre in the atmospheric old locomotive depots, comprises ten modern facilities suitable for meetings and special occasions for up to 700 people. The facilities are suitable for various purposes, and can be modified according to each event. They contain impressive mobile wall structures showcasing famous local buildings, stories, places and themes. In the spirit of railway travel, the doors of the toilets mimic the wooden internal doors of old trains. Also reminding us of the original purpose of the building, there are dark stripes on the floor, representing the rails that used to extend into the locomotive depot. Meeting rooms on the second floor have been named for the steam locomotives that used to travel through the area.
Meetings
The meeting rooms offered by the locomotive depots have been designed for meetings big and small. They can be easily modified according to the size and type of the event. The four meeting rooms in the new part of the building offer a unique and inspiring setting for meetings. Would you like to hold a meeting on a lawn-type floor while sitting on a picnic quilt? Conferences
All of the meeting facilities on the first floor of Paja Kongressi can be combined into a single large space for larger conferences. In this theatre form, the first floor can host a maximum of 700 people. The meeting facilities on the second floor offer additional space. Special occasions
By combining all of the meeting facilities on the first floor of the locomotive depots, cocktail events can be arranged for 700 people and seated dinners for 400 people. Single rooms on the first and second floors offer the perfect setting for smaller events.
