Hotel Ilves gym FitStop invites you to work out!
Original Sokos Hotel Ilves' gym - FitStop - is located on the G floor. The gym is open every day from 6 to 10. and you can access it with the hotel room key card.
With FitStop, you can maintain your fitness with the following high-quality equipment supplied by Fysioline:
- two exercise bikes
- cross trainer
- treadmill
- rowing machine
- two adjustable free bench
- dumbbells between 1kg-15 kg
- stretching mats
- exercise ball
- jumping sticks
- two foam rollers
- 4-24 kg kettlebells (every few kilos)
FitStop offers reading and fresh water, as well as ready-made kettlebell and stretching programs.
