The magnificent conference hotel Original Sokos Hotel Olympia Garden has 14 multi-functional meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 400 people and that can easily be transformed depending on the needs of the event. The hotel is an excellent choice whether you want to organize a conference, smaller meetings, a training session or for example a corporate anniversary party. One of the meeting rooms is equipped with state-of-the-art video conference equipment. All meeting rooms are located on the same level, on the Mezzanine floor and have natural daylight. The standard equipment in all meeting rooms includes: video projector and screen, dvd-video, sound system, flip chart, pens and note pads and one free broadband access. For all meetings a professional meeting host or hostess is always available.
