How can I book a conference room directly at sokoshotels.fi?
There are hundreds of different kinds of meeting and event facilities, as well as saunas in our hotels. On the Meetings and events pages there are also facilities that you can book online. You will receive a confirmation straight away! On the search page, press the "NEW: Book online" button.

How do I book a room using a Sokos Hotels or S Group gift card?
Have you got a gift card, or are you planning on buying a gift card? You can purchase a Sokos Hotels gift card from all Sokos Hotels in Finland, and top up the card with the desired sum (EUR 10–150).
I would like to bring my pet to the hotel. How should I do it?
Sokos Hotels welcome pets! When you book your room on our website, choose the "Lemmikki huoneessa" (Pets in the room) product from extra services. This way the personnel at the hotel know that you are bringing a pet with you.
I'm travelling with my children. How do I book a room for my whole family?
When you book a room at sokoshotels.fi, choose the number of adults and children on the search page. Children of 0–2 years of age can get a crib, or they can sleep next to an adult. Children who are 3–15 years old need an extra bed. The booking system will offer available rooms suitable for the selected number of people. Please note that it is not possible to have more than one extra bed in some of our rooms.
