SALES MANAGER-CORPORATE (MOSCOW)

Requirements:
- Dynamic personality, result oriented, communicative, accountable and trustworthy, attentive to details, stress resistant, team player, disciplined, ambitious to build career
- Experience in Rooms Division or F&B would be advantage
- Experience as Corporate Sales Manager
- Strong knowledge of the market and recognition in the market as a great professional
- Fluent English (more languages would be advantage)
- Opera knowledge
- Revenue Management awareness would be advantage
- MS Office

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To sell services of Sokos Hotels St Petersburg

- To look for new accounts to promote and sell hotels services in the local corporate market

- To establish and maintain customer relationship with new accounts

- To provide long-term efficient partnership with key accounts

- To negotiate with accounts corporate contracted rates in order to achieve the budget, maximum occupancy and highest possible rates

- To monitor the present situation in the local corporate market

- To prepare commercial and special offers

- To prepare corporate agreements for corporate accounts

- To conduct site inspections for the existing and potential customers in order to convince them to chose a Sokos Hotel

- To achieve financial targets

- Carrying out any other working instructions as required by Director of Sales
