Benefits for meeting organisers

When your group is accommodated at Sokos Hotel during a meeting or training event, we offer the meeting organiser the following services:

  • The room is available immediately at arrival if possible
  • The room type is superior without extra charge provided superior rooms are available
  • Two non-alcoholic products free of charge from the hotel room minibar
  • The schedule of the day is discussed with the meeting organiser at a time most appropriate for him/her
  • The meeting room is available an hour before the event begins
  • The key of the meeting room is made available to the meeting organiser
  • The meeting organiser will be provided with an access phone number of the hotel staff
  • An office room free of charge available to the meeting organiser
    (please note: office rooms available only in some hotels)
  • The meeting organiser may check out from his/her room after the event is over, however no later than at 4 p.m.

For all organisers of daytime meetings in all hotels we make a video projector and one free broadband access available free of charge. Kindly mention if you need a video projector or  broadband access when placing your order.
