Best Rate Guarantee

Sokos Hotels will be introducing a Best Rate Guarantee from 1 January 2012. When you make a hotel reservation using one of the S Group's own websites, you will always be offered the best available rate for your stay. The Terms & Conditions for the S-Etukortti card Bonus paid on hotel stays to co-op members will also be amended at this time.

Best Rates Guaranteed!

The Best Rate Guarantee covers hotel stays booked through the S Group websites at www.sokoshotels.fi and www.s-matkat.fi.

If customers can find a cheaper rate elsewhere within 24hrs of the booking, subject to the same booking and payment Terms & Conditions from the same hotel, Sokos Hotels will honour the lower rate and provide an additional discount worth €20 off the cost of the daily rate.

Don't miss out on the Bonus on your hotel stays
From 1 January 2012, we will also be amending the Terms & Conditions of the S-Etukortti card Bonus paid to our co-op members. In future, co-op members will only be entitled to Bonus when they book their stay through one of the S Group websites at www.sokoshotels.fi and www.s-matkat.fi, the Sokos Hotels Sales Service Centre or directly at Sokos Hotels in Finland, Tallinn and St Petersburg.
