Newly renovated in 2009 the Sokos Hotel Tammer combines new and traditional features in an interesting manner. The hotel and its restaurant, the Tammer, together form a unique service entity with an ambience enhanced by the style of the 1920's. Spacious meeting rooms for up to 70 guests.

  • The Vihtori suite (20 m2), dedicated to Vihtori Heinonen, who was employed at the hotel for an amazing 50 years
  • The Gagarin suite (20 m2), dedicated to the famous cosmonaut who also stayed at the Tammer
  • The Sillanpää suite, dedicated to the Finnish winner of the Nobel Prize in literature F.E. Sillanpää, who also was an often seen guest at the Tammer
