Sokos Hotel Presidentti is a stylish downtown hotel in the very heart of Helsinki; next to the Kamppi centre, close to culture and shopping. The hotel houses 12 meeting rooms accommodating 10–370 persons in varying configurations. Most meeting rooms boast individual air conditioning. The meeting equipment varies according to the needs of the respective meeting; besides the basic equipment a multimedia projector is available.
Banquet facilities
The Presidentti room seating 280, and the Sylvi room seating 80, together constituting Restaurant Presidentti, are available for private occasions from 14:00 onwards. The two rooms can easily be turned into one bright and stylish large room with a view over Helsinki. The capacity is 380 seated guests, or 900 cocktail party guests. Presidentti Club is available for private events for up to 800 guests. Occasions must end no later than 21:00. It is also possible to book all the restaurant facilities of the hotel for private parties; the total capacity is 2200 guests.
